Return

1.  For a refund or exchange, most products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
2.  All the return product MUST obtain a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number. The number can be requested by submitting the form via email or the call our service phone number. The return product without an RMA number will be rejected.

3.  The product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in undamaged, clean, and brand- new condition.
4.  Products returned within policy with the UPC code missing from the box will be rejected.
5.  The product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or with serial number missing or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
6.  Returns for credit not in resalable condition will incur 20% restocking fee.
7.  If the product returned has any data or information stored on a memory or storage device, OwlTech shall not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information or to maintain the confidentiality of any data or information still residing on the returned product
8.  Physically damaged will not be accepted for return.
9.  Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
10.  Special order items and cut cable/wire are non-returnable.
11.  OwlTech is not responsible for shipping RMA back to the wrong shipping address, or damage during the transaction.
12.  OwlTech reserves the right to reject any stock that has obviously been used or damaged.

Warranty

1.  OwlTech provides 12 months product warranty from the original invoice purchase date.

3.  OwlTech will pay the freight ship back to the Customer within the warranty period.
4.  Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product depending on available stock.
5.  The warranty will not cover any of the conditions below. Additional charges for repair will occur.
   a.  Unauthorized disassembly, unauthorized repair
   b.  Camera damage from falling, or collision
   c.  Shell, glasses broke
   d.  Burn the devices by wrong power supply
   e.  Damage from natural disaster
   f.   Seal labels broken
