1.How to install the Smar NVR System?

This guide show you step by step connections between NVR, monitor & cameras. On the other side you will find a more detail overall setup diagram. You are able to set up the NVR Kit in the shortest possible time with these guidance.
( 1 ) About you NVR
( 2 ) What does this mean ?
POWER LED – power indicator
HDD LED – hard disk indicator
NET LED – network connection indicator
POE Camera Ports – video & power for cameras
LAN – connect to network
USB – connect to USB mouse, USB storage device for backup
VGA – connect to monitor or TV with VGA port
VIDEO OUT – connect to monitor with CVBS port
HDMI - connect to monitor or TV with HDMI port
AUDIO OUT – audio output (two-way-talk)
AUDIO IN – audio in (two-way-talk)
POWER – connect to NVR’s power adaptor
( 3 ) Step One - Connect NVR to HD-TV via HDMI connection ORConnect NVR to TV/Monitor via VGA connetction
* Check out your TV’s user guide to make sure you have selected the correct HDMI input on you TV.
* If you have already connected NVR using HDMI, no need to perform this Step .
( 4 ) Step Two – Connect cameras to NVR
Simply connect cameras to NVR by using the supplied Ethernet cable
(Network & Power), it doesn’t matter which port to connected to as they
will be configured later.
( 5 ) Step Three – Connect to network
By connecting the NVR to network, you are able to remote access the NVR via
mobile phone & computer over the internet.
( 6 ) Step Four – Connect the mouse
Connect the USB mouse (supplied with the NVR) to either of the two
rear USB ports of NVR.
( 7 ) Step Five – Connect the power adaptor
Simply connect the power adaptor to the NVR, the NVR will turn on automatically
and supply power to the connected cameras as well.
